MULTI-GRAIN BREAD
bread-making machine bread, recipe by Mary T.
1 cup water (80° - 85°F)
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup white flour
1 cup Daily Bread Co. Nine Grain OR Eagle Mills Hearty Multi-Grain bread mix
¼ cup instant nonfat dry milk solids
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 (¼ oz.) package Red Star Quick-Rise dry yeast
Combine white flour and bread mix, then add all ingredients to the bread pan. Process according to the bread maker manufacturer's instructions. Remove bread from the bread pan to a rack and cool.
